Wellington Administration

Administration in the Wellington congregation are divided into pastoral and administrative functions.  These are known locally as the Pastoral Team and the Admin Team.

Pastoral Team

The pastoral team comprising elders, deacons and others recognised by the congregation to have a heart for pastoring this congregation.  Their function is to stimulate and care for the members of the church, ensuring that we remain spiritually well-grounded and encouraging initiative and service in the church.  The senior pastor participates in the two-monthly meetings and leads in an annual team retreat.
