Venue
El Rancho is about an hour's drive from Wellington and is signposted from the main highway at Waikanae.We will be using Elm Hall for the weekend.The camp is spread over 70 acres with the river on one side and a walking track to the beach.There is also a swimming pool at the complex.

Arrival
Shuttle buses will be arranged for those arriving by air so please let us know your arrival and departure flight details.This may be an extra cost.
As ladies will be arriving at various times we will not be providing a formal dinner on the Friday evening so if possible please have something to eat before you arrive at the camp.We will have a substantial supper later in the evening.

Accommodation
All bedrooms have two single beds and a hand basin.Shower and toilet facilities are shared between 2-3 bedrooms.Mattresses, pillows and bedspreads are supplied so please bring your own sheets, pillowcase, sleeping bag or whatever, and all personal toiletries including soap and towels.For those travelling from overseas we can arrange linen for you.

Cost
The cost for the weekend will be NZ$130 per person for a twin room.Payment can be made by sending a cheque made out to "Wellington Ladies Club" or direct deposit to BNZ Bank a/c  02-0520-0087672-00.If you find you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible.Any refunds will be dependent on what expenses have already been incurred.

"Rave on in Red" on Saturday
We will have some fun and laughter on Saturday evening and to match ourtheme we thought that wearing something red might be appropriate and add to the atmosphere!
